ReFaceStudio ("the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect personally identifiable information such as name, email address, or physical address.

The App only processes images that users voluntarily select and upload. These images may contain faces.

Images are transmitted to third-party services solely after the user provides explicit consent within the App.

2. Face Data Handling

Uploaded images containing faces are used exclusively to provide AI-based image processing features, including but not limited to:

• Image enhancement
• Aging simulation
• Gender transformation
• Makeup simulation
• Other AI-based image editing features

The App does NOT:

• Perform facial recognition for identification purposes
• Create, extract, or store biometric identifiers
• Store facial feature templates
• Use images for identity verification
• Use uploaded images for AI model training
• Track or profile users based on facial data

3. Third-Party Processing and Data Transmission

After explicit user consent, selected images are transmitted via secure internet communication to the following third-party service providers:

• RunPod, Inc. – AI image processing infrastructure
• Cloudflare, Inc. – Cloudflare R2 object storage for temporary image storage

These service providers implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect data.

The App does not sell, rent, or share images with third parties for marketing, advertising, or unrelated purposes.

4. Data Retention

All uploaded and processed images are automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours after processing.

The App does not retain face data beyond this period.

5. User Consent

Before transmitting any image to third-party AI processing services, the App presents a clear disclosure and obtains explicit user consent.

If the user does not consent, the image is not transmitted.

6. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. Advertising identifiers and device information may be collected for ad delivery and optimization purposes.
